This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to anyone accessing Legal Creatives courses, certifications, live sessions, coaching, community spaces, content, templates, or related services (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services, you agree to comply with:

- All applicable laws and professional obligations
Violations may result in removal of content, restriction or termination of access, and other appropriate actions as described in the Enforcement section below.
Lawful & Professional Use
You must use the Services lawfully, ethically, and in a professional manner at all times.

- Engage in illegal, harmful, or deceptive conduct
- Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or experience
- Violate privacy, confidentiality, or intellectual property rights
Your Responsibilities
When using the Services, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential
- Using the Services for your own learning and professional development
- Ensuring everything you post or share is lawful, appropriate, and respectful
- Sharing your account with others
- Granting others access to paid materials under your account
- Using a shared or transferred login to access the Services
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are not allowed under any circumstances.
- Copy, resell, publicly share, or redistribute Legal Creatives content
- Remove branding, copyright notices, or attribution from any materials
- Use course materials to create competing programs or products
- Spam, self-promote, or solicit clients or business in community spaces
- Post irrelevant or disruptive content in forums or live sessions
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
- Upload or share content you do not own or have rights to
- Harass, threaten, or demean other participants or staff
- Engage in discriminatory or abusive conduct of any kind
- Promote violence, hate, or extremist views
- Engage in fraud or misrepresentation of any kind
- Make misleading commercial claims or post false earnings representations
- Access accounts, content, or data you do not have permission to use
- Collect, copy, or harvest data or user information through automated or manual means
- Upload or share viruses, malicious files, or harmful links
- Disrupt the normal operation, performance, or security of our programs or community spaces
- Attempt to bypass access limits, paywalls, or other safeguards
- Reverse-engineer our materials or systems
Personal use of course materials for your own learning, and internal organizational use where expressly permitted, is always allowed.
Privacy, Confidentiality & Sensitive Information
You must respect the confidentiality and privacy of others at all times when using the Services.

- Confidential client information of any kind
- Sensitive personal data about others without their explicit consent
- Payment card data or regulated health information
Legal Creatives Services are not designed for storing regulated financial or health data. Please do not use them for that purpose.
Intellectual Property
All Legal Creatives materials β including videos, templates, frameworks, and course content β are protected by intellectual property laws.
- All content remains the exclusive property of Legal Creatives, LLC.
- Where expressly permitted, Members receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use templates internally within their own organization, subject to confidentiality and attribution requirements.
- Any use beyond the permitted scope β including resale or public distribution β is strictly prohibited.

Community Standards
Legal Creatives is a global professional learning community. All participants are expected to contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and productive environment.
- Engage respectfully and constructively with others
- Contribute in good faith to discussions and activities
- Respect diverse perspectives and professional backgrounds
- Support and encourage fellow community members
- Harassment or discriminatory behavior of any kind
- Unethical conduct or bad faith participation
- Disrespectful or demeaning treatment of others
Enforcement
If this AUP is violated, Legal Creatives will take action proportionate to the severity and nature of the violation.
Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate removal from all programs or communities, without prior warning.
Reporting Concerns
If you witness a violation or have a concern about how the Services are being used, we encourage you to report it. We take all reports seriously.

Updates to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, community needs, or applicable law.
