We believe everyone learns better when they feel safe and respected. This Acceptable Use Policy explains exactly how we protect that environment, what behavior is encouraged, what crosses the line, and how we handle issues if they arise.

1. Introduction
Legal Creatives is committed to providing a safe, professional, and engaging learning environment for legal innovators worldwide. To safeguard the integrity of our platform, protect our community, and ensure a high-quality user experience, all users must comply with this Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”).
By accessing Legal Creatives courses, communities, content, coaching programs, or digital services (“Platform”), you agree to abide by this AUP, our Terms & Conditions, and all applicable laws.
Violation of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of access, removal of content, and, where appropriate, reporting to authorities.
2. Definitions
For purposes of this Policy:

“User” means any individual accessing Legal Creatives services.

“Member” refers to paid users with course or community access.

“Content” means any materials uploaded, posted, or shared through the Platform, including comments, messages, documents, images, or videos.

“Platform” includes Legal Creatives websites, courses, communities, communication tools, and any affiliated digital services.
3. Legal Compliance
Users must comply with all applicable laws, including those related to:

Anti-harassment and anti-hate laws

Digital communications and anti-spam laws
Users may not use the Platform to participate in or promote illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
4. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:

Using a valid email address (no temporary or disposable accounts)

Protecting login credentials and personal data

Ensuring respectful, professional interactions with others

Posting only lawful, original, and appropriate content
Users may not share login details or grant unauthorized access to Legal Creatives materials.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
5.1 Security & Technical Misuse

Attempting to access accounts or data without permission

Scraping, extracting, or harvesting data

Uploading or distributing malware or malicious links

Interfering with platform performance or security

Reverse engineering or bypassing access controls
5.2 Illegal or Harmful Conduct

Promoting illegal activities

Fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive practices

Pyramid schemes, “get-rich-quick” scams, or misleading earnings claims

Exploiting minors or requesting personal data from minors
5.3 Intellectual Property Violations

Uploading or sharing content you do not own or have rights to

Reproducing, distributing, or selling Legal Creatives content

Sharing course materials, templates, worksheets, or recordings
-
Using Legal Creatives content to build a competing product
5.4 Harassment, Hate, and Abuse
Users may not:

Harass, bully, defame, or threaten others
-
Promote hate speech based on protected characteristics
-
Encourage violence, self-harm, or extremist ideologies
5.5 Adult or Offensive Content

Pornography, sexually explicit content, or nudity
-
Gratuitous violence or graphic imagery
-
Content lacking sensitivity around tragedies or disasters
5.6 Misuse of Community Spaces
In community forums and group sessions, users may not:

Spam or excessively self-promote

Solicit clients, sell services, or recruit for other programs

Post irrelevant or disruptive content

Impersonate other individuals
6. Data Privacy & Security
Users must respect the confidentiality of others and comply with applicable privacy laws.
You may not upload:

Sensitive personal data without consent

Credit card numbers
-
Confidential client information
-
Protected health information
Legal Creatives does not permit the storage or processing of regulated health or financial data on the Platform.
7. Intellectual Property Protection
7.1 Ownership
All Legal Creatives materials—including videos, templates, frameworks, course content, presentations, and community resources—are protected by copyright.
7.2 What is prohibited
Users may not:

Copy, distribute, resell, or publicly display Legal Creatives content

Use Legal Creatives materials to create competing programs
-
Remove branding, copyright notices, or watermarks
Reasonable personal use for learning is permitted.
7.3 Internal Use License for Templates
Notwithstanding the restrictions set forth above, Legal Creatives grants each paying User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to share and use the course templates — including but not limited to contract, policy, diagram, workflow, legal design templates — within the User’s own organization (e.g. employer, law firm, corporate legal department, or in-house team).
Under this internal-use license:
- Templates may only be shared with employees or contractors of that organization who are subject to confidentiality obligations.
- The license does NOT permit: resale, public posting, external distribution, sublicensing, assigning the templates to third parties, or including the templates in commercial products offered to others.
- The User must preserve all copyright notices, attributions, and branding included in the original templates.
- This license terminates immediately if the User’s account is revoked or if the organization no longer qualifies under the original purchase terms (e.g. change in ownership, dissolution).
Any use beyond internal organizational use — including resale, public sharing, or redistribution — remains strictly prohibited and will be treated as a policy violation subject to removal of access, legal action, or other enforcement measures.
8. Community Behavior and Professional Conduct
Legal Creatives is a global learning community. We expect users to:

Engage respectfully in discussions

Contribute constructively

Avoid inflammatory language

Respect cultural and professional diversity
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or unethical behavior.
9. Enforcement & Consequences
Depending on the severity of a violation, Legal Creatives may:

Issue warnings
-
Remove content
-
Restrict access to specific features or communities
-
Suspend accounts
-
Permanently terminate accounts
-
Report illegal activity to authorities
Repeated violations or serious misconduct will result in immediate termination.

11. Updates to This Policy
