We design with clarity and structure โ the same principles we teach in our Contract and Legal Design curriculum. Accessibility is not an afterthought. It is built into everything we create.
Standards We Follow
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) โ the internationally recognized standard for accessible digital content.

Accessibility on the Website & Course Platform
Our website and course environment are hosted on Kajabi, which is designed with WCAG 2.1 AA in mind. Responsibilities are shared between Kajabi and Legal Creatives:
- Core website code and theme architecture
- Login and checkout flows
- Keyboard navigation for platform features
- Built-in accessibility features and updates
- All content we create and publish
- Course lessons, templates, and downloads
- Images, diagrams, and visual materials
- Videos and training content
- Community updates and member resources

Content We Create
We design our content intentionally using the same clarity, structure, and UX principles we teach in our Contract and Legal Design curriculum. Our content is created to be:

Some areas of our website may include third-party content, integrations, or external links. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party components, as they are outside our direct operational control.
We make reasonable efforts to select vendors that align with accessibility best practices and conduct due diligence before integrating external tools. Where we identify gaps, we work to find accessible alternatives or provide workarounds.
