You have a 12-months guarantee starting from the official start of the Cohort. This time frame ensures you can absorb the materials, ask for clarifications and get support while you work toward your goals with calm and with confidence.

To Qualify for a Refund:

 

If you fully participate in the program and still don’t feel confident using the skills in practice, you are eligible for a full refund. We ask that you actively engage with the course, which includes:

  • Accessing the self-paced materials

  • Attending live sessions or watching the replays

  • Completing assignments and coursework

  • Engaging in peer feedback or group activities

  • Responding to instructor check-ins or prompts

If you’ve genuinely used the course, but still don't feel confident to put the skills to use, we’ll refund your investment.

How to Request a Refund

 

If you believe you qualify for a refund under our 365-Day Guarantee, simply email us at [email protected] within the guarantee period with:

  • Your purchase details (the receipt which is sent upon enrollment)

  • A brief summary of your participation in the course. For example:

    - Attended the live calls or watched the recordings.

    - Used the materials including the templates.

    - Asked for feedback from peers and instructor.

  • What are you unable to do when applying your skills in practice? e.g. What are the challenges or frustrations you encounter when applying your skills in real-world situations. 

You’ll receive a response or a request for clarification within 5 business days of submitting your request. We'll carefully review your refund request to ensure you fully engaged with the course and what prevented you from successfully using the skills in action. If your refund is approved, reimbursement will be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
