Do I need technology software, AI or coding experience?
No prior design or technical background is required. We teach practical legal ops and engineering methods using standard workplace software you already use daily—such as Microsoft Suite, G-Suite, and modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude).
What is the cancellation and cohort transfer policy?
All registrations are non-refundable and final. Because cohorts are strictly limited to 16 seats to guarantee small-group mentorship, we cannot offer refunds once a seat is reserved.
Even if scheduling conflicts prevent you from attending live sessions, you can easily catch up and complete your full certification asynchronously. All HD recordings, workout decks, and AI prompt stacks are uploaded to your private portal within 2 hours of each session. You can review the material, complete the exercises on your own timeline, submit your deliverables for faculty feedback, and successfully earn your capstone credential.
In rare, exceptional circumstances (such as medical emergencies), you may submit a request to roll your registration over to the next scheduled cohort date, subject to seat availability and approval.
